About me

Hi, I’m Megan Jensen.

I’m a UX Content Strategist and Senior UX Writer with 8+ years of experience across content strategy, content design, and UX writing for digital products.

At Etsy, I led UX content across more than a dozen product squads, contributing to launches such as Etsy Registry and the gifting experience. Later, I became the founding UX Writer on Thrivent’s Digital Advisor Experience team, a Fortune 500 financial services company.

There, I established UX content standards, built a style guide and governance framework, and partnered with design systems teams to support scalable content across digital products.

Today, I bring that experience into UX writing workshops and training for design, content, product, and cross-functional teams. I also teach UX writing through my cohort-based course, Launch Your UX Writing Career in Six Weeks.
