Meet your Career transition coach

Hi there, I’m Megan!

I help creative professionals like you navigate career transitions with clarity, confidence, and a clear set of next steps for your next chapter.

My work blends career story, strategy, and real-world execution. This repeatable process works whether you want to launch your career in UX writing or a creative content-adjacent role, fully own your skills and experience, or create an actionable career transition plan.

My own career has been nonlinear. I started in journalism, then worked in fundraising, marketing, and e-commerce. At 35, I made a pivot into UX writing in tech. That path led to Senior UX Writer roles at Etsy and Thrivent, a Fortune 500 financial services company.

Here’s what I’ve learned. You don’t need to start over. You just need knowledge of what translates, confidence in your story, and support to take the next right steps, in the right order.

Today, I offer that support through focused 1:1 sessions, workshops, and cohort-based programs. If you’re at a crossroads and want to move forward without pressure or perfectionism, you’re in the right place.
